Our Covid-19 safety measures for the 2021 ski season

We want your stay at Chalet Heavenly to be as enjoyable and safe as possible. That is why, in preparation for next ski season, we will be putting in place a range of health and hygiene measures to drastically reduce the potential transmission of Covid-19 and make your holiday Covid-safe and stress-free.

Hear from our owner, Paul, on the measures and guarantees we have put in place for the coming season:

Chalet and vehicle fogging every 30 days

Our Chalet and transport vehicles will be thoroughly decontaminated using ViraShield fogging technology. Fogging leaves a non-toxic, mono-molecular protective layer over every surface, which effectively kills 99.99% of viruses and bacteria for 30 days – including coronavirus. Once 30 days has passed, we will repeat the process to minimise the likelihood of coronavirus remaining on surfaces.

24-hour hand sanitiser available for staff and guests

We will have non-alcoholic hand sanitiser available for all guests and staff. Our hand sanitiser, powered by Bio-Armour 24, is 99.99% effective at killing bacteria, viruses and germs for 24-hours after just one application, providing protection throughout the day.

What’s more, unlike regular sanitisers, washing your hands doesn’t remove its protective qualities – so no matter how many trips you make to the sink, you are still protected against viruses. As our hand sanitiser doesn’t contain alcohol, you’ll also find that your hands aren’t left feeling dry and dehydrated.

Daily cleaning

As well as the above, Chalet Heavenly is also cleaned daily by hand to ensure the most hygienic environment possible for the entire duration of your stay.

If in the unfortunate event that your booking with us needs to be cancelled due to Covid-19, lockdown measures or travel bans, deposits will be 100% refundable.
