It’s not every week we host a group of guests that includes a former owner of Dorset’s best restaurants, and some of their closest business friends. It was our chance to see what one of Dorset’s restauranteurs thought of our menu and our hospitality. And it turns out – it’s not just our exceptional food and attentive service that had the group leaving on a heavenly high.
With the group having stayed in several different chalets across the years, Chalet Heavenly was in their words ‘the best we have ever stayed in’.
The Chalet Heavenly team were super-pleased to receive a glowing five star review from the guests, with adjectives ranging from attentive and talented to amazing and incredible. With these adjectives referring to Hope and Ben – our wonderful hosts – the guests were equally complimentary of the chalet, its design, cleanliness, comfort, and south west orientation (particularly when it came to sunset drinks in the hot tub!)
At Chalet Heavenly, we go above and beyond to ensure our guests experience a ski holiday of a lifetime – with the group particularly thankful for our private resort shuttles in the chalet’s mini bus and guided tours provided by our hosts. We like to get your holiday just right, so we can be as attentive or as in-the-background as you wish!
For the group, Chalet Heavenly was ‘more than a comfortable place to lay your head after a day of skiing’. The team ‘could not have done more to make absolutely sure we had everything we needed, and really cared that we had the best of times.’
